McDonald's in Erlensee

Unfortunately, the burgers were carelessly packed together. We have gotten much better ones elsewhere. Mc Donald doesn't see me again for a long time

Big big compliments! Today (Sunday evening) with a good 10 cars in the Mcdrive and the restaurant open to order inside, there was really a lot going on here. Seldom seen such efficient work. Division at the two counters so that the person who collects does not serve the food (I suspect) and recognizable teamwork in the kitchen, as far as I could see it through the window. All employees friendly and the food was brought out by the boss. I stood in the parking lot to eat and could even watch the people inside the branch being dutifully directed outside according to a one-way system.

Would be cool if you change the app and the internet if you make earlier that you have the current times. So that you can go there for free👍

A very good branch. The food is always fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, not all employees are attentive. Some seem very confused and need to speak more clearly. That's how mistakes happen and it's called fast food.

Outside the sign in front of the door says open from 7 a.m. but still locked at 10 a.m. And at the drive in you will be ignored on foot

All restaurants are currently closed. McDonald's is a very clever and smart solution with Drive In. Employees wear masks and payment is contactless. The food is of the usual quality and always nice and warm. The service is friendly.

Unfortunately I didn't get anything because the drive is only open until 9pm! And that at a truck stop on the autobahn .. AND then just hung a note on the drive in counter with the relevant information. So you have to go there first to find out that it is no longer open. Great.

tried again after a long time. Compared to other McDonald's, this McDonald's is the last. Today I noticed that all hamburgers with sauce are spared, and the salads are only half full. Together with the cleanliness and rudeness of the staff including the incompetence, I can only give zero stars here. Unfortunately you have to distribute at least one. Absolutely not recommended. Better to go to Gründau or Hanau to get an average hamburger.

The restaurant itself is good. The food is like in all McDonald's ... The staff is very friendly. The only drawback, the cleanliness in the restaurant is sometimes not very sparkling. But to their excuse: it is a) a truck stop, so a lot going on and b) the customers want to be served, so a table like this cannot be wiped down straight away. But otherwise this McDonald's is a popular place to go for us.

Several times there, the very last juice shop. Never again! Nothing works. Neither the terminals nor the display of when the meal is ready. One terminal doesn't work at all, that was the case weeks ago, and card payments won't work the next. Vouchers are not accepted - of course only with the second order, so that the one ordered afterwards is cold. In addition, the orders are wrong every time, so you have to go back inside and the food is really cold when you come home. Disgusting. Incapable of staff.

Ordered by app. Fast and good. It has always worked perfectly so far.

MCD stop. Everything is good ... the children had fun and the "loading" goes by in a flash.

Corona requirements not met. Chaotic conditions, unsupervised one-way system and no staff to monitor the mask requirement. In the overcrowded toilet room, I and my two small children met a man without a mask. In the guest room we met another guest without a mask. Our safety was not guaranteed. In other McDonalds restaurants this was monitored more closely, something like this would not have happened there.

Very unfriendly staff ordered takeaway food that was already prepared but was then placed under a kind of heat lamp for ten minutes because the staff was totally overwhelmed. At home it was freezing, of course, although it only takes us 3 minutes to get home by car. The terminals usually do not work or the touch does not react. The toilets are totally dirty and it smells in there. Next time I prefer to stay at home and cook myself or just eat a slice of bread

It's just McDonalds, what else can you say. Order was swapped but we still got our food.

Cardboard straws that dissolve and stick to the lips, almost impossible to carry a milkshake to your mouth, wooden ice cream spoons that make it impossible to enjoy the ice cream .. there are certainly better alternatives than these .. also the sense of it all opens up to me not really if to go products still have a plastic cover .. All in all not to be recommended

You can't complain about the Fast Foot. As everywhere in such chains. However, there is obviously a lack of cleanliness here. Several tried (especially) seats were very sticky. That was disgusting. The table surfaces were a little better. Then I was able to observe a very listless cleaning lady. She wiped the table with the same rag in one go (without washing the rag), then the seats, and finally the windowsill. Then it went on to the next table with the same - not washed out - rag. Then I knew why everything was sticky. There does not seem to be any quality control by the operator here. Hopefully it's not the same in the kitchen.
